The digital economy has emerged as one of the most powerful drivers of economic transformation, innovation, and sustainable development across the globe. Rapid advancements in digital technologies—including artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, block chain, financial technology (FinTech), the Internet of Things (IoT), and digital governance—are fundamentally reshaping how governments, businesses, educational institutions, and societies operate. These technologies have accelerated economic growth, enhanced productivity, improved public service delivery, and created new opportunities for entrepreneurship and employment.

Despite these remarkable developments, many countries continue to face significant challenges in ensuring that digital transformation is resilient, inclusive, equitable, and sustainable. The digital divide, unequal access to digital infrastructure, cybersecurity threats, data privacy concerns, digital literacy gaps, regulatory challenges, and disparities in technological capabilities continue to limit the benefits of the digital economy, particularly in developing and least-developed countries.

Recognizing these opportunities and challenges, the 2nd International Conference on Digital Economy – 2026 is organized under the theme "Building a Resilient and Inclusive Digital Economy." The conference aims to provide a global platform for researchers, academicians, policymakers, industry leaders, development partners, entrepreneurs, innovators, and students to exchange knowledge, share research findings, discuss emerging trends, and develop collaborative strategies for strengthening digital economies that are innovative, secure, sustainable, and accessible to all.

The conference will explore contemporary issues related to digital transformation, artificial intelligence, digital finance, e-commerce, digital entrepreneurship, Industry 4.0, smart cities, cybersecurity, digital governance, digital inclusion, innovation ecosystems, and sustainable economic development. Special emphasis will be placed on policy innovation, public-private partnerships, digital skills development, and strategies for reducing digital inequalities while promoting economic resilience.

This international conference is expected to foster interdisciplinary dialogue, strengthen global academic and institutional collaborations, encourage evidence-based policymaking, and promote innovative solutions that contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Participants will have the opportunity to engage with distinguished keynote speakers, renowned scholars, policymakers, practitioners, and industry experts from around the world through keynote addresses, technical sessions, panel discussions, workshops, and networking activities.

The 2nd International Conference on Digital Economy – 2026 aspires to become a leading international forum for advancing research, innovation, and collaboration toward building resilient, inclusive, and sustainable digital economies that empower individuals, transform institutions, and create shared prosperity for future generations.
